Bitcoin increasingly is seen as property not just a line of code
Crypto assets have historically been treated and arguably so with considerable suspicion by regulators and governments. However, Bitcoin is increasingly being recognised as property in different jurisdictions globally.
A Chinese court legally recognised Bitcoin as property in October 2018 and again in July 2019.
