More people are searching on Google for ‘on-line liquidation’ why? According to Google trends there has been a significant increase in people looking for information about on-line liquidation, could this because owners of SMEs are reluctant to take on more debt and risk losing their homes together with their livelihood as the economy slip into recession. Are financial advisors telling their clients to wind up their companies i.e. liquidate them and ‘pre-pack’ them — buy it back from the liquidator? This means that the company can start again debt free when people come out of self isolation and return to work?
